Things people ask.
Will my site look the same?
Yes. Same pages, same photos, same text, same colours. We tidy it up so it works properly on phones and remove the things that made it slow. You see it all in the preview before you decide anything.
Do I lose my web address?
No. Your domain name stays registered to you, wherever you have it now. You only change one setting (the A record) to point it at the new site. We send exact instructions for your provider, and we can do it with you on a call.
How do I change things later?
Open your site, open the chat, and tell it. "Change the opening hours to 9 to 5." "Swap the photo on the About page." It shows you the change, you say yes, it is live. Every version is kept, so nothing is ever lost.
Can the design change, not just the speed?
Yes. Small changes (text, photos, a taller header, a colour) are unlimited through the chat. A full new look is included four times a year: send us a website or a picture whose style you like, and you get your own site redesigned in that style to compare, usually within a day. Keep it or not, your choice.
What about my contact form?
It keeps working. Messages are sent to your email, with spam filtering on our side.
What if I have an online shop or a booking system?
Then we are probably not the right fit yet. We rebuild brochure-style sites: pages, photos, contact forms. Shops and live booking need their own system.
What happens if I stop paying?
You can cancel any time in the subscription portal, where your invoices and card are too. Your site stays online until the end of the period you paid for. After that we keep a copy for 30 days and give you a full export on request. You can point your address anywhere you like.
